7 mm TC pro hunter great back up rifle?

Hello,
I'm an avid moose and deer hunter. I like stocking in close but no expense is lost to chance and am very comfortable with shots up to 500 yards. I own a Sako A7 in 300 wsm and shoot Federal premium TBBC. I am also looking for a back up rifle and was wondering if adding an extra barrel and scope to my Pro Hunter would be the way to go obviously in 7mm rem mag as mentioned?

Moose from 0-500. A TC Pro Hunter in 7mm RM will work. As would a whole gaggle of other rifles. Go with what you like.

Why not get it in the same cal if it is going to be a backup.

What sherlock says, why not the same calibre so that you only need one type of ammo?
