700 SPS getting flat line grouping.... help

Hi-Standard,
I put the shims between the action and the stock where the forward action bolt is. The shims actually have holes in them for the bolt to pass through.

SuperCub,
Bedding the factory stock certainly couldn't hurt. The thing is, it's pretty flexible and slightly warped - that's what was causing some of my uneven barrel pressure. I'm thinking it's just a better long-term solution to go to a higher-quality stock.

Here's a good deal on the same stock Remington puts on their TI rifles .....
get it direct from B&C, 8 weeks to your door. Ive gotten two Medalists this year, they are nice handles

Thanks SuperCub,

I'd found those. Glad to hear that someone has one and likes it.

The picture looks a lot like my factory stock. Anybody know if this is the case?
