I don’t know of any chassis or bottom metal intended for that. This is likely because you would be limited on COAL using STANAG mags.

PTG has a DBM for the Remington 700 that allows the use of AR-15 magazines. "Remington (SA) 700 Detachable Mag Bottom Metal for AR-15 .223/5.56 Mag". Minor stock inletting is required as well as milling of the action.
I have seen one R700 SA that was converted to feed from AR-10 and AI AW magazines (both DSDF) but it was sketchy at best, and the shooter was a gunsmith.
You are much better off converting to AICS pattern, or upgrading to an action that is already cut for AW magazines, in my opinion. All depends on your end goals.

I inquired with a site sponsor that also does gunsmithing about converting a Remington 700 to use AW mags. They said that it involved milling the feeding lips and could result in the bolt free turning over the cutout. They said they had already ruined an action attempting to do so. They advised against it and understandably wouldn't do the job.
