I had a similar project in mind, with a Win. Featherlight .243WSSM. It has been my experience that the factory barrel, as well as it's fit are the primary factors in poor accuracy/ grouping.
What contour /finish length did you go with? I know that Ted is always very busy, so I'll have to get my order in soon.
