700SA ADL/BDL action screws

Need one more piece I think. Are the 700 action screws the same length in adl and bdl? Getting a custom done donor is adl and its getting a Wyatt's and canoe bottom. Just wondering if I need new screws too. If so where to go to get some?

Screws are the same. You will need a few more parts/screw when changing to an adl.

The threads are the same but there are several different factory lengths of screws... you may need a set of longer aftermarket screws and trim to length..

Good to know about the lengths never thought of that, the ADL is the donor getting the BDL treament. I have 2 floorplate models in 700 sa here and may pop the screws out to see, but didn't want to sight 'em in again if I didn't have to. Was hoping to use the ADL ones but would need a set to sell it after anyway. Will look at PTG, Brownells, Midway to check for lengths.
