Is this guy in the US? If he is, then it not gonna be as simple at pop riviting the mag and shipping it over. The US state departments has very strict export laws relating to gun parts and accessories. These include magazines.
Its not Canadian IMPORT laws that prevent cross border gun shopping, is US EXPORT permits that are the problem.
