75 grn Vmax powder?

I just bought a 25-06 and some 75Grn Vmax bullets and I was wonder what the best choice in powder was. H4350?

I have used H4350 and H414 both with good results.

I use 57.5 grns of IMR 4350
with the 75 vmax

try IMR7828 or RL 19. Both give good results. Check out the latest Nosler manual if you can. It shows some really good velocities with retumbo, especially with the heavier bullet weights.

My best results so far have been with H4350 with 75gr Hornadies and I use 414 as well but groups are not as tight.

Something between RL15 and H4831, your rifle and chronograph will tell you what it prefers.

I have had consistently good success with several different 25-06's with H4350. But it wasn't always the "best" in every rifle.

Don't be surprised if you get better results (accuracy and consistent velocities) with magnum primers.

56gr of RL17 would be a max load work your way up from 53gr or so.
