Looking for a load with max speed and accuracy for this combo.
I was thinking h414 or imr4064. Standard win or fed primer.
Please add to what i was thinking.

Max speed and accuracy for one rifle means sweet F all to another.
I'd suggest working up your own loads with a ladder or two.

I think 760 / 414 without a magnum primer, coupled with cooler temps ain’t gonna do so great.

4064 for the win.

See hodgdon’s website for loads.

I shot a lot of 70gr Nosler Ballistic Tips out of my 243 and those things killed Yotes like the hammer of Thor. Velocity was somewhere around 3600 fps IIRC.

My coyote medicine is also the 55g ballistic tip. Started with H335 powder but found it too temperature sensitive and switched to H4895.GetAttachmentThumbnail.jpg

I have had good results with 70gr ballistic tips and varget. I don't have my load data in front of me but I think it was somewhere around 40 grains.

I finished reloading 7 boxes of 243 yesterday.

- 5 boxes using 100 gr Hornady Boat Tail spire point with 41.5 gr of imr 4350.
- 2 boxes using 58 gr Hornady V-Max B/T with 45 gr of imr 4350.

I've had the box of the 58 gr V-Max bullets around here for some time now and decided to give them a try. Should be interesting.
