Try browsing Boyd's Gunstock site. Barring that,there is a gent in Sask who makes laminates.Can't remember his name at the moment.Maybe someone who knows it will chime in.

I've bought custom wood from Macon in the US and have been very pleased. I just checked and they do have semi-fitted Remington 7600 forends (they show walnut, but probably can produce in other species and grades):
