Just messing around, takes "specially built not ar mags" which wont fit in a semi auto, and holds 30 rounds
But also will accept appropriately pinned ar mags
Magwell was built tight, hoping it can be used as a monopod
First try at anodising hopefully it holds up

I will probably end up building a shorter mag as this one looks like it might be in the way

Only thing missing is the new heavy barrel

If someone had the ambition to 3d print adapters it would be very simple to make it work on this platform, maybe others too

Next project is to do the same for the 243, inspired by ar10 mags of course

Definatly not going to produce them, it would only be worthwhile if you 3d printed them.
the only mods to the stock are a hole for the mag release, and a slight recess for the ar mag catch
Its a bit tricky to glue it all together without glueing the mag catch
The way its built you just apply glue, push the adapter as deep and far forward as you can and everything lines up

Feeds flawlessly with the thin stainless cpd mags, the bolt has issues stripping rounds or hitting the feed lips if your mags have thick feed lips (aluminum, plastic or thick steel mags)
Fortunately I only use cpd mags
