I just picked up a Remington 783 in .243. Plan is to put it in an oryx chassis. My only question is I cant seem to find the required magazine chambered in .243. Completely new to customizing, can anyone guide me to where I might find the Magazine?

Just get an AICS mag for 308 win and it should feed.
Magazines are often designed for a case family, rather than a single cartridge. This is because magazine feed lips tend to interface with the the body of case and not the shoulder/neck area, which is the part that changes between 243win, 260rem, 7mm08, and 308. Because they all share the same body shape/size, a magazine will generally works with any of them. Its also typical to have the same magazine for 30-06 and 270win as another example.
