7mm-08/IMR4895

I'm.just seeing if anyone out there has reloaded 7mm-08 with IMR 4895 I've had awesome success with my .308 wondering if it will shoot with the 7mm08

It works great.

My 7-08 likes 43 grains over CCI250 magnum primers, under 140 grain bullets

My most accurate 7mm08 120 and 140 gr loads are with IMR4895. Been using it for years.

I just can't seem to find anything I wanna run it with barnes 139 gr lrx not sure might start with 39 gr what u run with ur 140s? I run 120ttsx un my gals 7mm08 44 gr

Slightly over 2800fps with my Remington Model 7 and a replacement 24 inch bbl.

Sub moa groups if I do my part.

I’ve only used D4895 which seems very close to IMR4895. About 43gn gives 2800fps.

Using 43.0gr with a 140gr Sierra prohunter. No signs, 2710fps, 18" barrel.
Book says: start 38.0, max 43.2

My 7-08 loves IMR 4064 with 139’s and especially 154’s, I have yet to try 4895 but I can see how it would work great.

I used it with 120gr BT's and it worked well good velocity and accuracy but with 140's it's good but H4350 is better in my rifle.
