7mm-08 Varget and 140gr TSX

Should be good right around 40gr. But I'd try 38, 39, and have some @ 41 on hand too. Do you have a chronograph?

No chrono. I have loaded accubonds as per the nosler manual to a max of 42gr. I thought you could go a little higher with barnes(less pressure issues)

I found them to be really tight/higher pressure (also higher speed than Sierra and Hornady bullets at same powder charge) in both 7mm rifles I tried them in. That said, what works for your rifle might not be what works for mine. They didn't work worth a damn for me in either rifle accuracy wise, but I know that's not typical of most peoples' experiences.
