7mm mag to 458 win mag

Is it possible to rebarrel a savage in 7mm mag to a 458 win mag? Magazine long enough?

Apparently there has been a Savage rifle that came as a 458 from the factory. A 458 is standard long action length 3.34-ish cartridge IIRC.

Yes I know but they are near impossible to find.

A quick look elsewhere makes me think it's very doable. Large shank action and a prefit barrel made for a Savage. There's something about staggered or center feed that might matter.
