How about just getting another Tikka T3 in 7 Rem Mag and do a few upgrades to it. B&C or a Manners stock, and Cerakote. Like this one.

I would consider building off the existing tikka action that you have if you plan to replace that gun and then use the money you saved for not having to buy an action could go towards a nice lightweight fiberglass stock and optics.
