I was out 4 times this winter conducting load development for hunting. Yesterday I concluded the development on the following 2 cartridges.
240 Weatherby
85 grian Nosler Partition
54.5 grains of H-4831SC
Norma Brass
210M Primer 1-10 Twist
.010 jump
3,607 fps
I'll probably use the 7mm Rem. Mag. and the 30-06 this year for hunting however, it's typical of me to change my mind, maybe the 270 Win.

Gotta like it when a plan comes together. With the .240 was your charge weight where you pressured out, or where it shot? Just curious; seating to the lands like that.
