I plan on shooting some Hornady Interbonds 139Gr and I was wondering if anyone could chime in with some recipes they use for 7mm and or for this bullet.

I know that Varget is too fast of a powder for this caliber however I would also like to know if anyone has tried it in 7mm and what there results were.

Use a good reloading manual, work up slowly, and find out what works in your rifle. Every rifle is different, so what works great for someone else could give you terrible accuracy and/or dangerous pressure.
None of the recipes offered here make any mention of what primer was used. The pressure increase from a Federal 210 to a WLR can easily put you over max.

I use 62 grains of IMR 4350 and a 140 grain bullet. It chrony's in my rifle at around 3100 fps, but work up your own load carefully. What works for some may not work for others and safety is always # 1.
