7mm rem which vv powder for 140&160gr?

I have been working with rl22 andthe 140gr ab, and the rl22 is very temperature sensitive, my loads 66.5 gr room temp from car av speed 3020fps, 20 min-30 min later same load av speed 2850fps. I was expecting a loss but thats to much, so I'm looking for a powder thats less sensitive to temp change and I've heard that Vihtavuori is more consistent, so which one should I get?

If you are in Canada, Vihtavouri powders are hard to get. Hodgons supplies powders that are advertized as temperature stable and available in Canada.

H4831sc should be good both 140's and 160's.
