I'm giving up on trying to shoot Berger bullets, just can't make them shoot. So I'm going to try 160gr. Accubonds. I have a couple pounds of Retumbo but is is not listed in the manual. What is a safe start?

From another forum...start low and work up!

"My STW loves a 160 AB over 80 gr. of Retumbo...if i were you i would start at 75 gr. and move up from there."

You have to seat the bergers right into the lands or they will not shoot. They do like to jump into the rifling. Accubonds shoot well in mine but I use H-870...
