7x57 rifle with a DM?

is there any rifle made in 7x57 that has a detachable magazine? If so, what makes/models? Thanks in advance.

A friend has a Remington 700 Classic in 7X57 with a Kwik-Klip conversion.
I had the very same thing except that it was a 35 Whelen with the Kwik-Klip set-up and I did not like it simply because it restricted the overall length of the loaded cartridge and my Whelen was long throated..

I think someone said there may be a CZ model with the DM, anyone know for sure?

Remington used to make their Mountain Rifle in 7x57 with a detachable magazine. They are pretty hard to find though.

You can always pick up a Tikka T3 and have it rebarreled. Nice smooth rigid actions, strong glass reinforced polymer mags, and a growing aftermarket of premium goodies. Nice calibre choice, it's also one of my top 3 favourites, right up there with 30-06 and 6.5x55.
