Likely Raufoss Ammunisionsfabriker (Norway), 1948. They started making the German cartridge after the War because they had a distinct shortage of Norski Krags.... and a whole huge heap of these nice Mausers that Fritz didn't take home with him. Fritz left behind some Arado 234Bs as well, so Norway had the world's only jet bomber squadron about that time, too.
Things get confusing because Remington also used the RA headstamp during WW2, but any 1948 8mm stuff I have seen is Raufoss. I also have seen the same headstamp on .30-'06 and assumed it was Remington.... until the Garand started tossing out Berdan-primed empties!
7.9x57 was adopted by Norway in 1932 for use in Browning MGs. It was later partly replaced by the 7.9x61 ctg in 1937 giving the Norwegians three service rifle ctgs in WWII. 7.9x57 ammo was again made post WWII for German donated arms.
