800x value?

I came into afew lbs of 800x, what is the value of it or can I use it to reload slugs in 410g ?

Think it's a bit too fast for use in the .410. See if you can trade it for some W296, H110, Lil Gun, 4100 or even some IMR4227.

Great powder but too fast for the .410 Maybe there is load data out there but I've never seen it.

Do not use modern IMR4227 in .410 it’s changed quite a bit and is not the same as the old stuff.

I got books as far back as the 1960’s no data for it in .410.

Plenty of good powder and load data for .410 out there 800x isn’t one of the powders used though. With shotshell you have to follow the data to a T as their is no signs of over pressure till it’s too late. Hull primer and powder and wad have to match the recipe.
