Looking for options for 858 accessories like front fore grip, pistol grips, extra mags, etc. I know we have a few supporters that have this stuff but I want to see and hear where you guys are getting your stuff from and price comparisons. Pics would be nice too. I am thinking about going tan with the black front grip/bipod combo.

Thats really helpful merlin. I am looking for information and feedback on items. As I said I have googled and also checked site supporters but I want info on fit finish and service from the customer side. If you have any of this info put it up, link me to it, or troll else where.

Supra, I have "scoped" your stuff and like what I see. I do have you and another supporter in mind but just want some customer feed back before I dump a few hundred bucks on stuff I can't check out with my on hands. I find that getting first hand information from past customers is a great tool for choosing who to deal with and who to keep away from.

Kphebert how was the service, fit, finish, delivery time, communication?? What products did you buy?

I've got some fab-defense stuff on mine. Picked it all up from Target Sports(sponsor) including the rifle itself. They didn't have anything in stock but they were happy to order it in for me. It only took about two weeks for them to get everything I wanted. It helped alot because I was able to go in and look at all the accessories I ordered before purchasing them.

Overall i'm pretty happy with the fab-defense stuff. Everything fit nice and snug with some minor sanding to make things fit.

Pricing is going to be pretty much the same anywhere you go. I still prefer my wood stock over the polymer stuff though, this just gives me the option to add on some accessories (gawd I sound like a girl) like lights, optics, foregrips etc.

I still need to find a dealer who has the bayonet lug bipods in stock....

What color did you go with? Did you get a front bipod? I agree the pricing is going to be pretty close, or should be, but a couple places don't have stock like you mentioned and I just don't want to wait an undetermined amount of time like some places.

The fab handguards are very good, especially at that price. The fab pistol grip is also good, but a touch expensive for what it is. I have a set of the new wolverine handguards on order, they are pricey but if they work as advertised will be worth it to me.

I have the stormwerkz carbine tube adapter on mine and I think it's the best adapter overall, straight back, very light, I find it perfect for irons or a low mounted optic.

I went with black but I've actually been thinking of switching to tan or OD green. Right now I have the metal folding stock as well so with the black rails and pistol grip it all comes together real nice.

I've also got a spare set of the resin/pressed wood furniture. I was thinking about sanding it down, and either re-staining it or painting it. Still haven't decided though so it's just sitting there.

I know what you mean about the wait on wood furniture sets. They are extremely hard to come by, and when they do show up they sell quick.

If you are gonna buy any of the fab-defense stuff I would check our Wolverine Supplies, Fab-Sports or TSE/Target Sports Center. All of them are reputable sponsors who are very friendly and helpful.

You provide the buffer tube but it accepts collapsable M4 style stocks. I have a CTR on mine.
