858 Barrel heat shield ideas?

Just rolling around some ideas for an upcoming 858 I am going to purchase. Wanting to do some plating to a new rifle for something different, and was advised by a CGN member that tarnishing would be an issue with the barrel. He makes a good point. SO, I thought if I can somehow modify a free float heat shield from a different make/model of rifle, perhaps heat build up in that area would not be such an issue. I'm thinking something along the lines of the Pietta .22 semi rifle type of shield. Any thoughts?

Contact Dimitri. He's got a great mod that makes it look like a suppressor but it's an effective heat sheld.

Thanks, those look great. Trouble is, it's a Canadian edition I was hoping to keep the wood front end. I think I'll try and find a local metal fabricator and see what they can cook up.....
