870 AR stock upgrade.

Im thinking of an AR stock kit to fit my wifes new Grizzly. As im on a tight budget a recoil compensating one is out of the question for now.
I have been looking at a kit made by ETA. Is it possible to purchase the compensator assembly from some other brand & install it with this kit at a later date?

Thats exactly what i wanted. Not the cheapest upgrade but all reports say its well worth it.

Well i just splurged and ordered the ETA stock upgrade. Now to track down a Hogue grip locally.

Check out ergo grips or umbrella i find them to be better then hogue

Hogue grip is on order but i will keep an eye out for other types of AR grips to see if i can find a better one.

Well I installed the stock today. It fits great an looks even better but I dont really like the feel now.
I think its because there is no longer any drop to the stock. The buffer tube is right up in my cheek & just feels off.
It is for my wife so as long as she likes it everything is good! If she dont Ill be ordering a Hogue 12" LOP stock to replace this one.

Hey riven I have a Knoxx Recoil Reducing stock that I may be interested in selling (Been sitting on a shelf for the past 8months).

How much would you want for it? I assume it is in good condition!?
I will have wait for her to open her new gun on Christmas before I order another stock on the off chance she likes it the way it is.

You can allso replace the adapter with a low tube,it has more of a drop the high tube is ment to mimic a ar in feel and is ment if your running an optic.
Im sure you could sell the adapter easy enough or even find people to trade since most people run the low tube but want a high tube

Wish i had known that. I just ordered a Hogue kit to replace it.
