I was eyeing this Remington 870 18inch with 2 shot ext at a local gun shoppe. I went back yesterday to look at it again, I was told it was a 12 gauge when I went the first time and it was in really a 20 gauge. Now I am in a predicament, was going to take advantage of that 30 buck off rebate which expires at the end of the year. They won't be getting any in any time soon and the price they quoted was obscene.

So anyone have any tips on good places to buy it online. Wholesale sells it but I have heard a lot of bad things about them. Was planning on spending 400 with shipping/tax inc.

Any help would be appreciated.
 
I bought mine at WSS because it was a little easier for me.
Elwood Epps might have them in stock though? Try that.
 
Could try WSS, most of the time they are Decent. Just don't expect them to answer the phone at the Calgary store.
 
Might have to try them, emailed Russells asking if they have it in stock or not. It appears that WSS ships from the Calgary store so that isn't a good sign.
 
Well I called up Wholesale to see if they had any in stock, they do, about 40 :p So I said, to myself, screw it. Then I ordered one over the phone now I wait.

Probably won't get it for a while since christmas is next week.
