Having issues loading shells as the carrier doesn’t lift the shell up and it gets crushed when the bolt comes forward. Happens every time. I took it apart and noticed the carrier dog bends over instead of being pushed down and lifting the carrier but not sure if that’s the way it’s supposed to work, any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Well first off thankfully it's not a mossy. This kept happening on my 590a1 and the bolt really messed up the aluminum reciver. Does it do this if you feed the shells one at a time through the ejection port? Did this happen after a disassemble and cleaning? You could take a pic of the internals and post it maybe someone will see something outaplace
