I just bought my first shotgun, gonna be using it for grouse. I chose the 870 compact 20ga with the 13'' LOP and 1'' spacer so it's really a full-size stock. The barrel is a 21''VR with rem-chokes.
I was wondering what are the differences between this version of the gun and the 870LW / 870SF everyone raves about? From what I've been reading they seem really similar. Remington says my version of the compact weighs 6lbs, were those other special edition guns even lighter? Does someone have a picture of a 870LW / 870SF? Pics are hard to comeby. Thanks!
