870 machined extractor

The one i purchased just a month ago from S&J(Remington non-MIM i believe not S&J's own) works fine, as does the new magazine spring, follower, and oversized safety. Cycled 120 shells(they were snapcaps) through my Grizzly while i attempted to watch TV last night on my couch(listening to TV over a pump cycling isnt as easy as you would think). Was fun for the cats they liked chasing the snap caps as they came flying out. And no damage to receiver. Ran smooth, i hope it runs as smooth with 3" shells, my snapcaps are only 2.75".
 
Mine works fine too, but have you checked the inside of your receiver? Here's mine.

I had to file off the outer edge of my Volquartzen extractor as it too was gouging the inner surface of the ejection port. No biggie, works fine now.
