How hard is it to convert an 870 to a mag feed, and what would you need?

Get a grizzly.

To change it you would need a mill, fab skills, time and money. Just buy a grizzly, mossburg, valto or something.

I agree. Grizzly's are cheaper. Mossberg Makes a magfed pump shotgun? Or do you mean bolt? I know There was a limited supply of a mossberg conversion that was on the US market briefly, maybe still some kicking around.

Knoxx made a conversion kit for the 870 and the Mossberg 500/590, one required a gunsmith and I don't recall which. It was discontinued several years ago. The Mossberg kit even had a 10 round drum

I do not know the model or if it was a conversion, but there was a guy at the ancaster gun show that brought his mag fed moss a few time to sell.
