870 reminton Question

Hi,

Been looking for a Rem. Wingmaster Magnum in a 12ga. new.

Wondering if the Remington 870 Wingmaster in a 12 ga. comes in a satin finish walnut? Seems all the suppliers on line only have it in gloss. They do have the 20ga. Wingmaster in a satin walnut. Did they ever make the 12ga. Wingmaster in a satin finish walnut ?

"...Wondering if..." Best to have a look on Remington's site. Then order one through your local shop.
"...Did they ever make..." My very old(30 plus years old) Wingmaster isn't glossy. Wouldn't call it satin either though. At least, not to its face. snicker. Wingmasters weren't always the top end of the line. The one I have isn't either.

Have a look at the Remington 870 Sportsman. Its a model between the Express and the Wingmaster and it has a satin finish.

Its just wood....strip it and refinish it in whatever you want.

I have a late 80's Special Purpose Magnum, it has a satin finished, cut checkering walnut stock and a real parkerized barrel and receiver. Don't see many like it but I would never part with it.
