870 rust removal options

I have a 870 express magnum that has been neglected . When I bought the gun it was covered in rust . Most of it came off with just rags and oil . When I take it out in the sunlight it still has a orange tinge. My question , is there anyway to remove the rust colour?

Hoppes #9 Solvent and 0000 steel wool and soak and rub and soak and rub and soak and rub.... It will not remove bluing but it will help with the rust problem ...
