Once you've got the barrel off, ease the pump forward slowly until you feel resistance, and then you need to use your other hand to press the shell stops in (from the loading port; they're located on the sides of the mouth of the magazine tube) one at a time, and that'll release the bolt and carrier to come forward. You don't want to be rough on the shell-stops (or even necessarily do this while the trigger-group is out) because they're just staked into the receiver, and if they pop out, it's a PITA to get them re-staked again.
