870 Wingmaster round feeding issues.

Hey guys,
I cleaned my shotgun last fall before the winter and took it out shooting clays a few weeks ago, last year it was functioning like butter (its a 1989 wingmaster) no issues at all but this year i had issues feeding the second or third rounds in the chamber. The first shell would come out no problem but the next rounds would sometimes stick under the barrel on the way up...
It is not an issue of not rocking it hard enough cause i didnt go easy on it, my buddy tried it and confirmed as well, i even tried another brand of ammo...could i have re-assembled it incorrectly?

if it was perfectly working and no more then there is a problem. try to dissasemble the way you did to see if you miss a step somewhere ..

Check the mag tube, spring and follower. Is any of it binding up or dirty and sticking? If nothing is wrong check the shell latches to see if they’re worn or have become loose, remover the trigger group and pins as they pass through the staked in latches to see if anything has come loose.
