870 Youth Shotgun

I was looking at a 20 gauge one today at Le Barons in Markham. It is $364 and there is a $30 mail in rebate from Remington. They seemed to have a number of them in stock.
 
I have on in the cabinet. I was unaware there was an insert for this firearm.
LoP issues can be resolved with a slip on pad, have you looked at these?
 
These things are rust magnets.
I didn't believe all the hype until I got one for my GF.
Even with oiling and a dehumidifier, rust ahoy! Particularly the rib.
It still functions very well and appears solid,
except for the nice "patina".

Sorry. These may be two different guns.
I'm talking about the Youth Express 20G.
 
get the mosberg bantom instead a much better gun the the express you will get two barrels and the stock spacers for the same money as your express youth with only one barrel DUTCH
 
I am crazy about hunting and short gun is the best arm for this purpose which i am using from a long period of time and i am happy to read about this topic in this forum.
