Howdy!

I recently inherited an 878 after my grandfather passed away. I have no history on the gun other than it looks like it was pretty well kept. I also have zero experience with shotguns so I'm looking forward to it!

I'm hoping to find help identifying these stamps and what they tell me. I tried the Google but I'm not having much luck. I'd share pictures but I guess I'm still too new here...

Left Side of Barrel:
FULL (choke?) 88 LR 35
I know the LR would represent Feb of '68 or '97, either way the barrels been replaced since they stopped making the 878 in '63. However I'm not sure what the 88 and 35 represent.

Right of Barrel:
Has the magnaflux and REP, but a random K between and some thermometer looking symbol..

Also if anyone has experience with this gun feel free to share your thoughts.

Thanks in advance!
