8mm-06 LOAD DATA NEEDED

ALL Does anyone have any load data for this cartridge that I can use?

try google- and it's also in speer 11-page 263-probably scads of other places too- 8mm/06 has been around a long time

Its also in the Speer #12 Manual page 342. I would try on the web The Speer or Hodgon site. If not contact me with the bullet weights you intend to use and I will send you the data from the manual.

Just use loads for the 30/06. You can safely go higher by a grain or two if you feel the need.

This is solid advice - use .30-06 data for the same bullet weight and your pressure will actually be lower in the 8mm-06. I have been loading for this cartridge for a number of years and have had no issues, and fine accuracy, with this method...

Manual

There is actuall a reloading manual you can buy from Ebay that includes the 8mm-06 and the 338-06 cartridges only. It lists data from just about every mfg such as Sierra, Nosler, Hornady, Speer etc.

I've been loading for my ugly old 8mm-06 for some years. I'll dig up the mix for you. 30-06 data will work just fine.
