Can anyone tell me if it is possible to shoot 8mm blank ammo in the French service revolver 1892 (8mm Lebel)? I know the 8mm blank is usually a rimless cartridge but does anyone know if someone make rimmed 8mm blank ? size wise is it compatible?? and is it possible to shoot a rimless cartrige in a revolver meant for a rimmed cartrige??

any informations will be appreciated!!!

"...a rimless cartrige in a revolver meant for a rimmed cartrige..." Yep, .45 ACP is used regularly with moon clips, but you're highly unlikely to find any for 8mm Lebel. Without moon clips, the case will go too far into the cylinder. There's no market for 8mm blanks so nobody will be loading it.
