I've decided to try my old Yugo Mauser at my Gun Club's cast rifle night. I've slugged barrel at .325 in the old girl. I doubt that a 320 mold even without sizing will give me acceptable accuracy. Any thoughts or recommendations on a mold and sizer setup?

There are many factors at play, also not enough info you provided in your post.
we need to understand few things here.
Jacketed 8mm bullets are 323 diam. so when they are loaded to standard velocities they expand and swage down to what ever rifling diameter of particular rifle. Now led is softer and you can't load led bullets to jacketed specks, however it can expand faster than copper
If you want to use 320 led bullets you would have to come up with load that is powerful enough to expand that slug to 325 of your bore and be stable enough to fly out as a slug and not as led vapor.
So weight of 320 slug, shape, what kind of lube and what powder charge you going to use is very important. Brass diameter is critical as most dies make it 323 and crimping die would need to be used.

I shot my M48 with Lee 165Gr+alu GC sized in 325 die.It shot great.Later on I tried the same boolit with Copper CG and unsized, lubed with Lee liquid lube-it shot even better.

One thing I found was that rifle preferred softer alloy than WW-pistol range scrap was perfect, free and unlimited.

I do the same recipe in Gew 88 right now with same v.good results.

These are essentially gallery loads likely 12 grains of 800X or 13 grains of Unique.

Donor do you mind sharing any more details around that load you're using?

Sure.RP brass,Win LR primer,neck sized case,OAL-2.830
Powder charges-16Gr of 2400,14.3 of WST,13.2 of Red Dot/Promo,13.8 of 700x,14.5 of WSF

Above works for my scrap alloy. It won't work with WW or lino.I use it with Lee boolit but I tried some of those loads with Lyman 165Gr lov and it worked even better.

You can go to the cast bullet sight and do a search for 8mm info
Noe makes moulds
Lee makes moulds that might not even be round but are cheep
Lyman cast book has Info as well
Find some one near you that casts 8mm and ask for a sample

you might like cast so well you might never go back:)

you can even hunt with cast

Win 231? Start 13Gr up with 0.2 increments (as usual).

I checked 2 of those loads with chrono-about 1550FPS.Perfect speed and my targets are not running away :)
