8mm Mauser to 9.3x62 ?

have an 8mm .98 barrelled action w/ Timmeny trigger and have been thinking of conv. it to 9.3 anyone here done this? pros,cons ?
I'm a huge fan of the caliber and already have a couple 8mm . this one had already been cut when I got it-to bad it has a nice Nazi stamp-some people shouldn't be allowed to own a hacksaw.looked at the 35 Whelen and the 8mm-06 but the 9.3 is just that much better to me

Quite doable. Change barrels, chamber, adjust you magazine box, feed rails, follower, fit to stock, away you go. - dan

Just need a new barrel and you should be the owner of a new caliber

Brownells still the place to get a barrel or is there a Canadian supplier ?
