I'm looking to thread a barrel and was wondering if someone had the tool to do this that they would lend me. I'm looking to do some 9/16 - 24 rh threads

hate to burst your bubble, but to properly thread a barrel you need a lathe

doing it by hand, pretty much guarantees it wont be square and concentric to the bore

Like ultimate_monkey says, barrel threading is done on a lathe, not with a die. Assuming you're thinking of putting on a brake.

Even if you were to thread it with a die (a lousy way to do it) you still need a lathe to turn it to the correct diameter. For the most accurate method you should have the brake in hand and thread the barrel precisely to fit that brake, and then bore the brake 20 to 25 thou over bullet diameter ... all done in the lathe concentrically with the barrel's bore.
