9.3x62 Shell Holder ?

Im using Lee Shell holders, I find that the no.2 is very tight and the closest fit I can find is the no. 3 (same as 6.5x55) As anybody else experienced this ? Im using Privi Partisan brass.

No.3 seems to work ok so far but its not a perfect fit and sometimes I dont' have the usuall perfect allignment.
 
Lee doesn't make a specific shell holder for the 9.3. A .30-06 shell holder should work. The '06 case head is only 3 thou bigger than the 9.3. The 6.5 is 10 thou bigger. Mind you, not all brass is exactly the right dimensions.
Take a 9.3 case with you when you look at shell holders and try the fit.
 
I tried all the shell holders in the Lee kit. I guess maybe one of the rcbs shell holders might be a better fit, We're Mail order only from here. Ill check with a few local reloaders to try some rcbs shell holders before figuring out what to order.

I use an RCBS #3 shell holder for my 9.3X62. With RWS, Norma and Lapua brass the fit is fine. With Graf(Prvi Partizan) brass the fit is tight but doable.
 
Correct! Lapau brass works fine with 30-06 size shell holder if not use the 30-30/6.5x55 one. Manufacturers measurements may vary...........Harold ********RE15 is the powder for this one
