Is this for a 9.4mm Dutch revolver? This ammo has been obsolete for 60-70 years and is probably almost impossible to find in Canada.
It is possible to form 9.4 brass from .41 mag brass, and make bullets by swaging 10mm cast lead bullets to .380". CH4D makes 9.4mm reloading dies.
To complicate matters further, there are at least 2 slightly different 9.4 mm Dutch cartridges - sometimes referred to as the 9.4mm Dutch Revolver , and the 9.4 mm Dutch East Indies revolver.
