90 grain Hornady XTP 9MM.

Hey guys, anyone used these? I got a half of a box from a trade, and have never loaded such a light bullet before. What are your thoughts?

90 grain seems very light, would expect it to be comparatively snappy...

Personally, I haven't loaded anything lower than 115, and even then, 99% of my reloading is at 124.

loaded them up with bullseye, says it should be almost 1400FPS.

any blastics gel to test the hollow points? i'm almost tempted to drill some lead out of some 124's to 90 grain and see how they are.

my lyman load book lists them for 9mm as well.
I took them out, they shoot great! very accurate out of my Sig 229 Elite. I also tested some 115, 124, 147, it seems to like the 115 the best though.
