How many sub models of 91-41 Carcanos are there?
Top is a Fat 42 with swivels and bayo lug
Botom is Cremona 1942xx without swivels or lug
Stocks are both serialed to actions
Cremona shows where rear swivels have been removed and filled but nose cap and barrel band look like they never had Lug or swivels.
So is there a difference in model designation or ?

Bottom one looks like a Bubba job, is that plastic wood that was used to fill in rear swivel cavity. Why would the Italian military remove the swivels and bayonet lug on an issue rifle.
 
I will get a better close up of the band and nosecap.Meanwhile here's another Bubba or not 91-24 TS Carbine Has the fore end wood been cut or not

The two last guns have been molested by Bubba. But using the parts from both, you can restore one and all you need to find is a new nosecap.
