Did you try Brownels they ship to Canada pretty cheap, and when you're ordering you can add a bunch of other goodies - they seem to have a lot of Beretta parts. If not, I think you'd want to hit up a local gunsmith, they usually have lots of bolts/screws etc. If no one else has anything, try a fastener shop (take the original with you if you can). sometimes you have to buy something a little longer and trim to the length you require - I had to do that for the bolt screw on my JR Carbine.
