Recently picked up a P320 X5 and after 400rds of various factory and handloads through it as initial function test/break-in, going to see what it likes for a particular load for accuracy, if it's particular at all lol. So, since I have some Berry's and Campro 115gn plated RN, will also see how they compare to each other through the new pistol.
Some quick observations before loading some rounds,Berry's on left in pics below (20 rounds picked from each box at random):
- all Berry's bullets weighed in between 114.7 and 115.2 grains, Campro's were anywhere from 113.8 to 115.3
- Berry's LOA ~ 0.555", Campro's ~0.535; diameters of both consistent at 0.356" +/- .0005
- Berry's have a flat base, Campro's are slightly concave
- Berry's are noticeably "pointier", Campro's a more rounded finish
- Berry's are shinier lol
