Hi Everyone,

Im just getting reloading and I started order all the components I need.
I mistakenly order Campro 9mm 121gr FCP-RNHB but i wanted to order the standard 9mm 121gr FCP-RN

Is there a big difference between the two?
Should i return these bullets and get the other one or are these two similar enough that i shouldnt have an issue?

Thanks

I can't imagine you would notice any difference in loading them, or shooting them. They are similar enough. I'm guessing the hollow base ones are a bit more expensive, but probably not enough, that it would be worth the hassle to return them and order the others.

Hollow base = Larger bearing surface, forward weighted, better expansion/seal. It's supposed to increase accuracy but you won't see a lick of difference between the CamPro offerings. They load just like regular 121gr RN bullets.

With the Berry 124RN and RNHB, I found the slightly longer bearing surface created a touch more friction, and at the same powder charge, the HB were a touch slower.
