9mm - 147 gr fmj practice ammo?

Been having difficulty sourcing 9mm ammo for my Department. Tried R. Nicholls (pricey), Wolverine Supplies (pricey), MD Charlton etc. Any other Law Enforcement/Military suppliers/distributors in Canada that would be able to supply 6500 rds of 147 grain FMJ practice ammo and/or 1000 rds of duty (147 gr. JHP) ammo? Thanks in advance.

Try Marstar. Got some Winchester from them some time ago, great quality and decent price.

BDX in Alberta could probably do a custom run at that quantity. I know they can get 147 plated bullets and they can load 9mm ammo.
