Hey guys, just a quick question. I have the M&P 9mm Pro, and I am looking at buying some Blazer Brass ammo for it. I want to buy a case to get the discounted price, but I'm not sure if I should get 115gr or 124gr...

I know that some of you will say that it depends on the gun and the person, but I'm new to the 9mm world and looking for advice from others that shoot the M&P's as to what works best most commonly in them.

Thanks!

124gr is what i use. much less muzzle flip than 115 especially for double tap or getting quick second shot picture.

I have a pretty heavy gun and used to think it made no difference, so shot 115 because it was cheapest.

I switched to 124 and the difference is huge. Much less kick and muzzle movement with each shot. I wouldn't have believe the difference if I hadn't tried it. Immediate improvement in my shooting scores.

I don't even want to use my remaining 115 any more - a couple of thousand rounds... I'll save it for when I take friends to the range.

My local shop has a deal on the Winchester target FMJ stuff right now, $129.90 for 500 rounds. Seems like a really good price to me, but how's the ammo?

I prefer 124 myself, I just picked up another case last week. Also, it's ( from my experience ) more readily available than 115... Atleast in bulk.
